Welcome to the Crown & Silk website. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms are in accordance with Dutch law and apply to all agreements between you (the customer) and Crown and Silk B.V.

2. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to every offer, order, and agreement made through our online store. By placing an order, you agree to be legally bound by them.

3. Products

We do our best to describe each product accurately, including origin, texture, and specifications. Please note that our products are made from 100% human hair, and natural variations in color or pattern may occur. This is not considered a defect.

4. Orders & Payment

  • All orders must be paid in full before being processed.
  • We accept the following payment methods: Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX), Klarna, PayPal, Zip, iDEAL (NL).
  • Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation via email.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped via PostNL, DHL, DPD, or FedEx, depending on destination and delivery speed.
  • In-stock orders:
    • Netherlands & Belgium: 2 business days
    • International: up to 5 business days
  • Pre-orders: Delivered within 12–14 days due to sourcing and quality control.
  • Tracking numbers are provided via email once your order has shipped.

Note: Delivery delays due to courier services are beyond our control, but we will assist in resolving any issues where possible.

6. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Under EU law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. At Crown & Silk, we allow returns within 30 days of delivery in line with our return policy.

Return Conditions:

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging.
  • Wigs must have uncut lace and be in original condition.
  • Custom products are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@crownandsilk.com. We will provide the correct return address and instructions. Returns must be shipped—no in-person drop-offs are accepted.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a refund after review.

Tip: Always inspect your package upon arrival and contact us before altering or installing the hair.

8. Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order only if it has not yet shipped. Please contact us immediately to request a cancellation.
  • Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. You will then have to return the items after you have received them.
  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.

9. Warranty & Liability

Our products are high-quality and undergo thorough inspection. We are not liable for issues caused by misuse, poor maintenance, chemical processing (bleaching, coloring), or third-party alterations after purchase.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, imagery, branding, and product descriptions, is the intellectual property of Crown & Silk or used with permission. Use without written consent is strictly prohibited.

11. Privacy

We handle your personal data with care and in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For more information, please read our Privacy Policy.

12. Applicable Law & Disputes

All agreements and disputes are governed by Dutch law. Any legal disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the district where Crown and Silk B.V. is registered.
