We’re committed to getting your order to you quickly, securely, and beautifully packaged, whether you're ordering from The Netherlands, UK, UAE or somewhere else across the world.


Shipping Information

All Crown & Silk orders are shipped via PostNL, DHL, DPD, or FedEx, depending on your location and shipping speed.

  • In Stock Orders:
    • Netherlands & Belgium: 2 working days
    • International: up to 5 working days
  • Pre-Orders: Our pre-order process takes a bit more time due to the custom sourcing and quality checks involved.
    • Delivery Time: 12–14 days

Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.


Order Cancellation

Our priority is getting your order to you as quickly as possible. If you change your mind:

  • You may cancel your order only if it has not yet been shipped. Refunds will be processed via your original payment method and may take 3–7 working days to appear, depending on your bank or provider.
  • Once your order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is everything. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to make it right — quickly and respectfully.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered and returned in the original packaging with hangtags attached and uncut.
  • For wigs: lace must remain uncut and the product must be in original condition.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (including express shipping), as these are paid directly to our courier partners.

Not Eligible for Return

  • Used or worn products
  • Items returned with missing tags, cut or removed zip-tie or damaged lace
  • Custom items
  • Products returned after 30 days

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we’ve received and inspected the return, your refund will be processed via your original payment method.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take full responsibility if you receive the wrong item (length, texture, or product type).

If your package arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve it immediately.

Inspection Tip: Please check your package upon arrival. Confirm the product type, quantity, condition, and accessories before removing any tags or lace.
