Due to hygiene protocols, we only accept returns on unused, unaltered hair with zip-tie intact and uncut hangtag attached to the hair product within 3- days of delivery.

Custom items such as custom coloured bundles or wigs are non-refundable.

To keep your hair looking flawless:

+ Use sulfate-free, moisturising shampoos (use conditioner more than shampoo to avoid drying out the hair)

+ Deep condition regularly

+ Detangle gently with a wide-tooth comb (from ends to roots)

+ Air dry when possible

+ Wrap or cover your hair at night with a silk or satin scarf/bonnet

Braid or secure the hair in a bun or ponytail to prevent tangling

Wear a protective swim cap in water if you can

Always Co-wash after intense sweat or chlorine exposure and condition the hair to turn it back in to that soft, silky crown you love.
